Last night we wrapped up our Thursday League and it did not disappoint. Every game last night was filled with some amazing plays and great efforts. Thank you to every team who participated this past season and we hope to see you in the fall!!

DP Dough Drop That are 3x Champs!! Last night, DP had to take on a double-header and the toughest team in the league before they claimed their title. Their defensive efforts and aggressive baserunning gave them the upper hand last night. Overall in the season, they scored 88 runs. I hope that they will return for the fall session to see if they can make history by becoming 4x Champs.

In second, we have Ballbarians! This team is very solid and they know how to make the plays. Throughout the season, they managed double-digit runs in every game, except one. On the season, they scored 117 runs!!! This team is very tough to beat. I hope they return to take down the champs in the fall.

Third, Parson's North Brewing Company. Missing players is never fun especially when its playoff time. Last night, PNB returned after a 2-week break. Fielding 9, it took an inning to shake off the rust, but once they got going it was game on! This team is both offensively and defensively solid. I look forward to seeing them in fall! Overall they scored 42 runs!

Fourth, Cool Cats & Kickins. The team name does them justice. Their kickins got them all the way to playoffs but the Ballbarians cut their championship race short. This team was very solid throughout the season. They were tough and always brought positive attitude. In the season they scored 47 runs.

What a Wonderful Wednesday! Yesterday we had great weather, attitudes, and games!

In our first game of the night, Alcoballics v Buffalo Kickin Dip. Alcoballics started off strong by scoring 4 runs in the first. Buffalo Kickin Dip answered with 2 runs of their own. BKD showed some of their best offense and some solid defense, but Alcoballics found the gaps to secure the 12-2 win.

In the second game, Kick'n & Simp'n took on Hump Day Hooligans. The first inning was close as K&S held HDH to only 1 run. It was in the second inning that HDH made up for runs missed in the 1st. They would score 6 runs in the second to go up 7-0. K&S used defense to hold HDH to only one more run in the game, but were unable to find the offensive stride to chip away at the gap. HDH would win 8-1.

First, thank you to all teams who participated in this past session! It was a great time and I hope you walked away with some memories.

Toe Jam are Tuesday Champs! They scored two in the extra inning to claim their spot as Sports Monster Champions! This team may be silent on the field but they are deadly. Captain Taylor and her team is comprised of individuals who mean business but also have the fun side.

In second, Slim Kickins. They were the returning champs from last session. Captain Heidi has a great team filled with some heavy hitters who display some solid defense. They always showed up to play and never disappointed.

In third, Swedish Kickballs. This team is filled with amazing individuals who bring the life of the party wherever they go. Captain Sam inspires his team and makes plays in the process.

In Fourth, Mercy Rule. They started as team of individuals who never met before. Throughout the season, they continued to progress in their skills while remaining positive throughout. Captain Ricardo helped keep his team optimistic and always learning.

First off, thank you to all teams that played in our Monday Summer League. It was a pleasure to get to know you and watch you play these past 7 weeks. We look forward to seeing to you in our Fall leagues!

Pitch, Please! are our Monday Night Champions! They defended and kicked their way past two teams to secure their title. Last night the team scored a combined 29 runs over their two games and secured 39 outs in the last day of play.

In second, Kicks R 4 Kids. This team fought hard over the season and remained dominate all the way to the end. I look forward to seeing them play in future leagues as they try to chase their first Sports Monster Championship.

In third, Kickelob Ultra. This team is was full of personality, and fun to watch. They had a great last game against K4K. It was exciting and fun to watch, not only last night but throughout the season!

In fourth, New Kicks on the Block. Playing the last couple games with a skeleton crew, they continued to have fun and kept the atmosphere of the game very light. This team always remained positive no matter the score or opponent.

Playoffs Week 1 in the books! Yesterday, the rain passed through and we were able to play all scheduled games!

In our first game, The Warriors faced The Russells. Early on the game was close. At the half, the score was 28-27 in favor of The Warriors. But the second half was all The Russells. They scored 5 unanswered TD's to pulled ahead and secure the win.

In the second game of the day, We Dem Boyz faced off against Your Wife's Boyfriends Team. It was a close game all the way down to last play. Getting a safety on WDB, YWBT went up 62-61 and got the possession due to a turnover. YWBT progressed the ball down the field and got the first down. Following up their first down conversion, they attempted to throw deep to get the TD, but got it picked. WDB would go on to win 67-62.

In the final game of the day, we had T-Birds v We Dem Boys. It was a close game in the first half, as both teams went score for score. At the half, T-Birds was up 32-24. T-Birds started the second half with 16 unanswered points. WDB had some great plays, but fell short on defense. T-Birds would go on to win.

Last night we finished week 7, which means PLAYOFF TIME!!! Last night We witness some great games filled with some great and some not so great plays.
In game one we had Barley Legal Bears v DP Dough Drop That's. DP started off hot by scoring 4 runs to BLB 1 in the first inning. BLB managed to get within 2 by the 4th inning, but DP would go to build their lead 8 and hold off BLB to secure the win.

In the second game of the night, we had Ballbarians v Cool Cats & Kickin's. With both teams secure in their playoff status, this game a lighter energy fueled by good energy and fun times. Ballbarians went up 11-1 by the 2nd inning and never looked back. They would go on to win 18-2.

Week 5 in the books!

In game 1, Kick'n & Simp'n took on Alcoballics. K&S had their best start of the season and scored 4 run in the first inning compared to Alcoballics 2. Alcoballics struggled to get some momentum going but always managed to get enough runs to stay within striking distance. Alcoballics managed to hang on all the way up until their last at kick! Holding K&S to 0 runs in the 9th, they were only down 4. Alcoballics scored 3 before K&S realized it was only a 1-point game. With 2 outs and 2 runners on base, all it would take was a deep kick to right field and some speed to secure the win. Alcoballics went up to kick, and it was a high ball right to shortstop. K&S held on to win 11-10.

In the second game of the night, we had Buffalo Kickin Dip v Hump Day Hooligans. Each team scored 1 run in the first inning. It wasn't until the 3rd inning that BKD took it to HDH. BKD scored 3 runs to go up 4-2 against the top team and they managed to hold them off until the 7th inning. In the 7th inning, HDH hooligans found their stride and never looked back as they scored 6 runs and took the lead. They would go on to win 12-6.

That's a wrap on our regular season! 7 weeks down 1 week to go! Last night every team had some amazing plays and great RKI's! Last night game winners were Slim Kickins, who scored 21 runs against their opponent, and Toe Jam, who double their rivals score, for 12 runs scored! Congrats to all teams and we will see you in the playoffs!
