Want to wish this beautiful soul, the one I am lucky enough to call my best friend and wife. I’ve been blessed to watch first hand the incredible woman in which you’ve become in the 5 years we have been together. Even though last year had its ups and downs with all of the adversity we faced the greatest part that made all of it worth it was being able to finally call you my wife. The gym misses you as much as you miss it! It’s ready to go with designated areas marked out to ensure 6ft is space, signs are up, and I will continue to have come in. I have also ordered 4 new bottles of biopure so I’ll be able to spray high trafficked areas daily. Hopefully we get some good news soon in reference to gyms reopening. A few weeks away before we start meet prep for for the USPA Drug Tested Nationals. Have been working a lot of form and positioning work over the last month. Did some pause reset deadlifts a couple weeks back, stay tight keep position reset and pull. •

The can be one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in a gym that lacks other machines. Here I have flint split squats, raising the platform a bit allows for more range of motion than on the ground. The forward motion the creates, I feel allows you to better load and target your lead leg. Give these a try if you have a pitshark on your next leg day.

Current progress from my bulk. Started at 197 around mid December and up to 208.5 as of this morning. Have been tracking macros consistently during the week at 4000-5000 kcal, 500-600c 125-150f 250-275 p daily someday cards reach 700. Don’t track really on weekends. Excited to see where the next couple months of pushing calories gets me. •

This lady keeps kicking butt. Even though life has happened and we have missed a few sessions in the last month every time Diane comes in and works out she gets after it. Days like today she will look at me like I’m crazy when I tell her it’s time to give squatting a chance without any assistance and I would say she did pretty damn good! •

Last set of bench today first 3 sets were 315x3 then hit 315x5 my last set. Still workout from time to time. •
