Congrats to our boys who swam in the OHSAA Central District meet today! Our medley relay placed 23rd and freestyle relay placed 22nd. Collin Hart placed 30th in the 50 free, and Taze Owens placed 30th in the 100 fly and 16th in the 100 breast.

Congratulations to our OHSAA Division 1 Central District Qualifiers! Our Boys 200 yard Medley Relay and 200 yard Freestyle Relay have both advanced to the OHSAA Division 1 Central District Meet next week at Ohio University. It has been 8 years since the Cruisers have sent a boys relay to Districts and this is the first time we've sent two relays!

Individual Qualifiers for the Cruisers:
🔴 Collin Hart qualified to advance to in the 50 freestyle.
⚫️ Taze Owens qualified to advance in the 100 butterfly and 100 breaststroke events.

The Boys 200 yard Medley Relay (Bray, Owens, Hart, Johnson) set a new school record tonight with a time of 1:53.05!

They also beat their previous 200 yard Freestyle Relay record with a time of 1:38.59!

Taze Owens set a new school record in the 100 fly with a time of 55.72!

Today is OHSAA Sectionals for our boys team! Wish them luck as they compete at the Worthington Natatorium tonight!

Our boys got their hardware from OCCs today!

The Swim Cruisers had an amazing showing at OCCs-Buckeye Division on Saturday. The boys 100 freestyle relay (Hart, Johnson, Bray, Owens) placed 1st. Taze Owens placed first in both of his individual events, the 50 free and 100 breast. Collin Hart placed 2nd in both of his individual events, the 100 fly and 100 back. The boys 200 medley relay (Fulkerson, Owens, Hart, Bray) placed 2nd. Spencer Bray placed 3rd in the 100 free and 9th in the 200 free. Beckham Fulkerson placed 6th in the 100 back. Lynel Johnson placed 9th in both of his individual events, the 50 free and 100 free. Nathan Lester placed 12th in the 100 free. All of these swimmers scored points for the Cruisers! All of our Cruiser swimmers swam personal best times! Congrats Cruisers! Up next: OHSAA Sectionals at Worthington on February 13 (boys) & 14 (girls).
