4.0 TRI-CITY BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS 🚨
Today is June 1st and it’s officially GO TIME! 🔥
For the next 6 weeks, every meal, every workout, every bottle of water, and every decision matters.
Remember, this challenge is NOT based on who loses the most weight. The winner will be determined by the greatest BODY FAT LOSS percentage. That means starving yourself and losing muscle is NOT the goal. The goal is to lose body fat while preserving as much muscle as possible.
