The mic is ONNNN 🎤✨🔔

No added sounds. No filters. Just the real, raw sound of the bowls doing what they do best. 🥹💫

A little moment from **Come Touch Some Grass** 🌱🧘🏽‍♀️
Sometimes all you need is to pause, breathe, and let the sound find you.

Press play… and take a deep breath. 🤎✨

And guess what?! We’re doing it again TOMORROW! 🌱✨
📍 Columbus Riverwalk — Corner of 11th & Bay Ave
⏰ 6:30 PM
🌦️ Weather permitting

Come outside, slow down, and give yourself a moment to just BE. 💚

✨ Sweat & Sounds Midweek Midday Float ✨

The weather was giving us a little overcast energy today ☁️🌿, so we didn’t work up too much of a sweat… but that relaxation? MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 😌🧘🏽‍♀️💦

Sometimes you don’t need the heat to slow down, breathe deep, and reset. Today was all about floating, relaxing, and enjoying a peaceful midweek moment. 💚

Another reminder that wellness doesn’t always have to be intense. Sometimes it’s simply about pausing.
