Last Sunday's Silent Yoga In The Park was everything we needed. ☀️🧘🏾‍♀️🎧

The sunshine blessed us with plenty of Vitamin D as we settled into a gentle, hip-opening flow while listening to smooth, relaxing music through our headphones. With hands-on assistance, everyone was able to deepen their stretches, release tension, and truly reset before the start of a new week.

After our practice, we did what we do best, connected. Everyone stayed to mingle while enjoying Kween's signature charcuterie boxes and a warm cup of tea, making the afternoon even more special.

We also had an amazing surprise! My cousin, Destiny, joined us to introduce her ALTAR EGO Sacred Ritual Kit. One lucky guest took home the beautiful raffle prize, which included a motivational notebook, under-eye patches, botanical bath salts, essential oils, a locally grown handpicked flower, and more. She also treated us to a handcrafted botanical tea made with blueberry, lavender, chamomile, and okra. And let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! You have to try it for yourself.
