First ride of my loop on a road bike courtesy of my brother tyrone. Its a good looking bike and i feel fast. Lol. First back to back day of riding with 15+ miles each ride. I fee pretty good but it was challenging. Its almost October not sure how long the weather will let me ride!

Well...first time running in mexico. Super humid so by all accounts my 5k time wasn’t horrid. 79 degrees when i started felt like 87 and humidity of 93% but it was an easy pace just scoping out the surrounding area. @ Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo
