Update-
After some conversation they made the decision to reverse the penalty to the car that crosses the line in 1st, awarding us with the runner up position! We had very low expectations given the speed of the track and having to start 10th, so crossing the line in 2nd was a win for us!

Finally found a Saturday open to make it back to norfolk! Track is full of moisture with all the rains this week, and they had to move the infield tires out 10-15 feet into the racing surface so we plan on just riding around and pick off cars as the opportunity presents itself.
Started 6th in heat finished 3rd
Will start 10th in feature

Got the win again tonight in Columbus. Track had some character but hats off to the track crew for attempting to even get the races ran for how much rain they received overnight! Was shaping up to be another great battle with the top 2 cars until the other driver lost a rear tire.

Was able to pick up the win last night at US 30 Speedway in Columbus. The track was great and Grayson had a blast.

Couldn't ask for a much better night! We spent at least an hour after the races last Thursday trying to learn what was hindering our performance and feel like we might have finally hit on something to grow off. Won our heat race and had a good competitive battle with the top 3 in the feature landing us a 2nd place! Car rotated well in the heat and I should have left it alone for feature, but up until tonight in Columbus a couple pounds of air pressure didnt change much. We will write in the the book and keep learning.
We plan on leaving the car parked the remainder of the week to celebrate 2 of Graysons sisters birthdays 🎉🎉.

I pulled on a few people's ears this week and I couldn't be more thankful for them to listen to my ramblings and give advice when my head was spinning.

You'd think we didnt do proper maintenance or something the way we have been breaking things the last 8 days. I looked over tie rod ends after last night's debacle and all looked well.
Won the heat race tonight from 2nd, was running 2nd in feature and broke. We will regroup and be ready for our next race!
