Teaching Pilates to me is an art.
Every class and every client is a canvas waiting to be stretched and challenged every session.
To take them to the edge but not go over, to rise and fall together with the music and the beat.
Low impact, high effort.
Thank you to everyone who sweats, laughs and swears with me on Sundays.
Thank you to everyone who attends class at - you guys truly understand and are able to benefit from what makes us different.
