Based on Shorin-Ryu/Matsubayashi- Ryu Karate traditionally, we provide also self-defense with aspects of several fighting styles focusing on functionality. In addition, our training expands into fitness, training of the mind and body as well as serving our communities. We adhere to certain codes in order to bring balance and peace not just to our lives but to the lives of others. Competition is but a phase, or a part of what the Warriors do, for the ultimate Competition or battle lies within oneself.
