We're excited to introduce Columbus to a new class experience: RISE Run Club. RISE Run Club is for all levels of fitness! Because we utilize pacing charts and live heart rate tracking, we are able to serve a wide array of goals; beginners - endurance athletes. We have designed the programs to fit perfectly into half and full marathon training plans, but it will be a great workout regardless of your goal. Our certified personal trainers and running coaches are ready to deliver a high energy experience in RISE Run Club Power, Pursuit and Precision.
Join us at HIIT IT for 60 minutes of interval training that includes cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Led by one of your favorite trainers with beat pumping music and a window view of the sunRISE, HIIT IT challenges your cardiovascular system and increases your skeletal muscle. These workouts will increase your Resting Metabolic Rate, improve VO2max, and help you become stronger and fitter than ever. HIIT IT is perfect for someone looking to increase their overall fitness level or as cross training for an athlete in training.
​HEART RATE TRAINING: RISE incorporates live heart rate tracking during every workout! This allows your trainer to monitor your progress, assists in keeping you in the recommended zones for optimal health, and is an opportunity for you to RISE to each challenge!
