Sunday while in the middle of doing video, I heard reading off sponsors for the 5k. In those announcements I hear “Our In Kind Sponsor for this year is Safe Space Running..”

It may not seem like a big deal, but it is. I started Safe Space Running to celebrate highlight all journeys and stories. I never would’ve imagined it taking off like it has. One of my secret personal goals was to be on a sponsor for a race. I never expected it to be this soon. Ive been in a genuine space of gratitude.

Thank you for allowing me to be one of the sponsors for this year’s race. Here’s to many more partnerships as we continue to celebrate everyone.

As enters into a new year (Happy Birthday!!) he also enters into a new era of run coaching. The core of his principle sits on run easy and run often. You get better at running by running. Keeping it easy especially at the start is crucial to building a healthy long term relationship with running.

Happy birthday and congrats to for a successful 2026 season launch

I’ve been overwhelmed with the response and joy people had in this project. From people sharing their clips and even expressing their why elsewhere. This was always about providing a space for people to simply be heard.

If theres one thing to take away, is that you should share your story. No story is too big or too small. Also take time to listen to others.
