Dance Plus Ballroom

We’re so excited to welcome Michael Brennan to Dance Plus this July.
Michael teaches at The Ohio State University Center for Integrative Health and brings a wealth of knowledge in mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness.

He’ll be leading our new Baduanjin Qigong series starting July 12th — a gentle, grounding practice perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with their body.

We can’t wait for you to experience this with us.

A fresh mix of styles, great music, and an open‑minded dance floor.

Join us for Bob Ross Watch Night — an open‑house evening filled with painting, sipping, games, and classic Bob Ross episodes.
Come unwind, laugh, and make a few happy little trees with us this Saturday from 7:00 PM to close.
