Burnout is not always loud.

Sometimes the signs are subtle:
Shorter patience.
Emotional disconnection.
Constant fatigue.
Feeling disconnected from purpose.

Too many people are functioning in survival mode while being expected to continue performing at full capacity.

Support matters.
Rest matters.
Recovery matters.

People do not always need to be pushed harder.
Sometimes they need space to heal.

This week, I was officially voted in as a board member for the Reynoldsburg Education Foundation — and I’m incredibly honored.

Reynoldsburg City Schools was the first district that gave me an opportunity when I stepped out on faith and launched my consulting firm.
That “yes” changed my life in more ways than one.

It led to purpose.
It led to growth.
It even led me to meeting my husband and building the family I have today.

Now, to return and serve in this capacity feels deeply meaningful.
I’m grateful, excited, and looking forward to all that’s ahead. ✨
