With the 2024 racing season beginning, I wanted to take a second and give some plans and clear the air on our future of Chase Frohnapfel Racing. As some of you may know I’m still in college and haven’t found a career that I'm truly passionate about. I’m very fortunate that mom pushed me to get an education because that can lead to opportunities, I’m fortunate that my father and grandfather gave me the shop to work out of and now it’s turned into a very good side business as well, and as you may know, racing has been a huge part of my life as well. Racing has been my plan since I was five. Somehow, or someway I was going to be a professional race car driver. Well recently, I’ve felt this calling from God to ministry. I’ve always believed and I've always gone to church but I’ve jumped head first into it deeper this year and it’s led me to being called to spread his word in a bigger way. I’m not exactly sure what it looks like just yet. It may be within youth ministry. It may be family ministry, it may be me owning and pastoring my very own church one day. I’m not exactly sure. I do know this, I’ve never felt anything so strongly in my life, and I know when I’m talking to Jesus, praying, worshiping, or giving messages regardless if it’s 30 seconds or 30 minutes I’ve never felt more peace and joy in my life. I’ve jumped into it more in-depth this year by volunteering in many ways and just have been building my faith, and growing in my relationship with Christ, and it has brought so much excitement and true joy in my life. Jumping into ministry has led me to also start a few classes in ministry school. With that being said. I love racing, I always have and always will. It brings our whole family together. It’s an adrenaline rush and it allows me to work with my dad and brother every week who are my best friends. With that though it also has become somewhat of a burden and caused me to fall behind in other areas of life. My relationship with God has struggled, financially I have struggled, and mentally at times, racing is draining. So all of that is to say I’m gonna slow down racing for a little while. I’m not quitting, I’m not giving up but slowing down. I’m not exactly sure what that looks like fully but until I get some of my life back together in other areas racing needs to be on hold for a bit. Ministry is my main focus and I want to make sure I’m not cheating that. I love racing, but I love pursuing and spreading Jesus more. I owe it to this world to share Jesus, I believe God has given me a platform and opportunities I can’t ignore. I just wanted to let everyone know. I still plan to race. When that will be I’m not exactly sure and when I do it may be very minimal because of my focus on ministry. I hope everyone can understand. I appreciate everyone’s support and love, every single one of you pushes me to be better and I’m excited to embark on a new journey in my life! Along with that if anyone has any questions or wants to go in depth I’d love to discuss it further with you! You can text or message me, or call me, we can schedule a meeting, we can have dinner or coffee, or all of the above. Also if for any reason at all you need prayer or just want to talk Jesus I’m available at any time, please never hesitate whether online or in person at the track!
Thank you,
Love Chase ✝️

2023…a season of a few ups, mostly downs but a lot of learning, fun, and memories. This season dealt us some bad luck with breaking 3 motors, but all in all, we learned a lot and kept on digging throughout the year. We didn’t accomplish all the goals we set out to do but that only means we have more goals to accomplish next year and we’re locked in on them! We had speed a lot this year, circumstances and luck played some parts but that’s part of the game so we worked around it and made the best of it all year! We are working hard to prepare and build back to have a strong 2024.
I want to thank everyone who helps our team. Chase Frohnapfel Racing as a whole wouldn’t be possible without my friends, family, and sponsors who help us do this. We get to live out a dream and work towards goals we’ve had since being a kid due to these amazing people around us. We’re very blessed with the opportunity and can’t say thank you to EVERYONE involved, whether in a big or small way, each and everyone plays a huge role.
First and foremost my Lord and Savior. He’s blessed me with the opportunity and talent to do and chase something I love. I gotta thank God for continuing to keep me safe and blessing me every single day.
I want to thank my Dad and Bryce for their hard work all year. In most races, it was just us three and they never would complain or let off the gas. They continued to work hard and keep doing whatever I asked. I tore up a lot of stuff this year and they always had me back up and ready to rock. Along with them my mom and sister. They might not always go to the races but they continue to support me in any way they can. I’m very appreciative to have an amazing family who pushes me to be my very best and continue to chase this dream.
Every one of the sponsors on my car means the world to me. Coming from only having our family business as a sponsor to having people who choose to help me now is a dream come true. Every single company, person, or product who has chosen to help me past, present, or future, Thank you. You’re helping me do something I’m truly passionate about and I’ll forever be grateful.
Frohnapfel Motorsports and R&J Trucking. Dad and pap have allowed me to live out a dream and I can’t thank them enough. J***y Bootlegger has been part of CFR for three years now and I value their partnership so much. It’s an honor to carry their logo and interact with the fans who love their drinks! Penske Racing Shocks and Nick, Aaron, Dennis, and the whole team have changed my racing program forever. They have made the goals that seem out of reach a reality and have given me the best feel in a race car I’ve ever had. Blake Naylor Electric, no matter what I need or when I need it Blake always steps up and delivers. More than a partnership he’s a great friend and I value that more than anything. Longhorn Chassis, Steve Arpin, Matt, and the whole team have worked to make these the best cars and it shows, we are fortunate enough to get to wheel one. Some folks who have been with me from the beginning and I’m so thankful for them and their products, XS Power Batteries, FK Rod Ends, Ho**er Harness, each of these companies are more than just products, these products are the best and more than that anything I ask each of them are there to support and help, thank you to each of them! I have to give a huge thank you to Travis and Marshall Fegers with StopTech and Gorsuch Performance Solutions. We’ve had so many brake issues in the past, whether it’s a failure or just not adequate feel. They solved that right away. They gave us the feel and top-notch quality we’ve been looking for for quite some time. The Williams Fuel Stop Of Gallipolis helped supply something that often gets overlooked, fuel. It was a blast getting to represent their brand and products this year. Tye Twarog Performance Parts LLC. always helps us with whatever products we need or whatever parts we tear up all year, The Joie of Seating for the absolute best seat in the game! Thanks to Leaf Racewear for keeping us safe while looking fresh, Dirt Track World for hopping on our team this year, Dynamic Drivelines for keeping our drivelines in order and getting us whatever we need at all times, Swift Springs for the best springs on the market, last but certainly not least Slicker Graphics for always keeping us looking good and being a great friend!
Here’s to 2024, we’re fired up, let’s get to it 🤘🏻

After some time off to regroup and get focused back, we went to Midway Speedway on Saturday night for their “Season Championship” race. With both of our super motors broke we were fortunate to have Russ Frohnapfel lend his steel block to get us back racing to finish out the year. We were able to time in 5th quick and made some adjustments to get a little more balanced, we’d start and finish 3rd in the first heat and that put us starting 5th in the feature. After making some swings at the car to get a little more speed we had a really good Longhorn Chassis for the feature. We got to battle with some good friends W1 Workman Racing and Travis Carr Racing and we ended up driving up to 3rd to get on the podium! After the way the year has gone this was a huge boost for our team and we’re looking forward to carrying the speed over to the next Steel Block LateModel Series races unfortunately after finishing the feature we discovered we broke some internal parts within this motor so unfortunately we will most likely be sidelined for the rest of the year. We had some big races coming up in the next couple weeks but we believe God has a better plan. It’s hard to see now but it’s all part of the game. We’re going to keep on diggin'. We aren’t dead yet.
I want to thank God for continuing to keep me safe and blessing me with an opportunity to live out a dream.
I want to thank Dad, Bryce, and Pap for their hard work on Saturday night. They continue to work hard for me and I couldn’t do it without them.
I also want to thank the tremendous sponsors we have. They all continue to support us and without them, none of this would be possible at all. My dad and grandfather with R&J Trucking and Hauling, Frohnapfel Motorsports, J***y Bootleggerr, Blake Naylor Electric and Motorsports, Penske Racing Shocks, FK Rod Ends, XS Power Batteries, Ho**er Harness, Tye Twarog Racing LLC, The Williams Fuel Stop Of Gallipolis, Swift Springs, Gorsuch Performance Solutions, StopTech, Dirt Track World, Accu•Force Dynos & Testers, ZETA Performance Vehicle Technologies, The Joie of Seating, Slicker Graphics, Walker Performance Filtration as well as all the fans and friends who keep supporting us!
I also want to say congrats to my good friend Cory James Workman for finishing second in the championship points at Midway Speedway that’s a huge accomplishment that is extremely hard to do!

Unfortunately, bad luck struck our team yet again. We have found an issue with our motor, and we won’t be able to make the World 100 this weekend at Eldora Speedway. Being our favorite race this one hurts to miss but it’s unfortunately part of racing and God has a better plan for us and our team! Our luck hasn’t been good this year, but it makes our team stronger and we will bounce back better. Even with bad luck, we have to keep perspective, our life is great, and we still get to chase a dream I’ve had since 5 years old! We will still be attending the World 100 as spectators to support the biggest race of the year!
Our plans for the rest of the year are up in the air. Unfortunately, our super late model racing will probably be finished for the year. This was our second “super” motor hurt this year so we will regroup and hopefully get those issues fixed for 2024.
Even through bad luck, we have to thank God for blessing us with the opportunity to race and have the opportunity to live a dream. He always has a better plan.
I also want to thank the tremendous sponsors we have. They all continue to support us and without them, none of this would be possible at all. My dad and grandfather with R&J Trucking and Hauling, Frohnapfel Motorsports, J***y Bootlegger, Blake Naylor Electric and Motorsports, Penske Racing Shocks, Longhorn Chassis, FK Rod Ends, XS Power Batteries, Ho**er Harness, Tye Twarog Racing LLC, The Williams Fuel Stop Of Gallipolis, Swift Springs, Gorsuch Performance Solutions, Stoptech Brakes, Dirt Track World, Accu•Force Dynos & Testers, ZETA Performance Vehicle Technologies, The Joie of Seating, Walker Performance Filtration,Slicker Graphics as well as all the fans and friends who keep supporting us!

𝙎𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨…
Our Saturday night at Atomic Speedway with the Iron-Man Racing Series ended just as quick as it got started. In hot laps after only 2 laps we would unfortunately break our motor ending our night earlier than we had hoped. This year hasn’t given us the best luck but we will keep working hard and we believe God has a greater plan for us so we will keep at it and keep digging! We will take this weekend off to regroup and get some things together and hopefully be back next weekend!
I want to thank God for always keeping me safe and blessing me with this ability to do this. Sometimes his plan gives you challenges and puts you through trails but his plan always ends for the good!
I also want to thank everyone who continues to support us. All the friends and family who continue to text and show support truly means a lot to us!
I couldn’t continue to do any of this without the amazing sponsors I have. They let me live my dream of being a race car driver and without them we couldn’t continue to keep doing this. Frohnapfel Motorsports, and R&J Trucking and Hauling for giving me an opportunity to wheel this car and keep at it, J***y Bootlegger, Blake Naylor with Naylor Electric and Motorsports, Penske Racing Shocks and Nick Stine for continuing to work with me and get a balance we need in the car his help has helped our program tremendously, Longhorn Chassis for building an awesome race car, FK Rod Ends, XS Power Batteries, Ho**er Harness, Dirt Track World, The Williams Fuel Stop Of Gallipolis, Accu•Force Dynos & Testers, ZETA Performance Vehicle Technologies, Tye Twarog Performance Parts LLC., Slicker Graphics, The Joie of Seating, Gorsuch Performance Solutions, Stoptech Brakes, Swift Springs, Dynamic Drivelines, Walker Performance Filtration along with the fans who keep pushing us forward!
