Everyone talks about preparing for birth. What if we started by preparing for conception? Breathing Beginnings launches August 5—a fertility-supportive yoga class focused on movement, nourishment, breathwork, and nervous system regulation for women trying to conceive.
If you’re trying to conceive, especially in your mid-30s and beyond, you’ve probably discovered there’s a lot of advice out there—but not a lot of support.
Breathing Beginnings was created to bridge that gap.
This weekly class combines fertility-supportive yoga, nervous system regulation, breathwork, education, and community to help you prepare your body and mind for conception.
Together we’ll focus on:
✨ Movement that promotes circulation and pelvic blood flow
✨ Breathwork to reduce stress and support nervous system balance
✨ Education around preconception wellness and nutrition
✨ Building trust in your body
✨ Connecting with other women walking a similar path
Whether you’ve just started trying or you’ve been on this journey for a while, you deserve support now—not just once you’re pregnant.
Designed with women 35+ in mind, but open to anyone hoping to grow their family. join us starting August 5 and start laying the foundation for the family you’re creating.

Mama and baby are a team. And while on the outside we see mamas in labor doing work we can see, baby is also inside doing just as much. If you don’t know about the physiological and emotional events for your upcoming birth, invest some time in learning what they look and feel like and how you can best support yourself and your baby in pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Join us for Breathing Birth Prep tomorrow, Friday, June 5 for a practical approach to childbirth preparation. Conveniently located in Midtown Columbus
