Last year, I fell in love with water aerobics and set a goal to become certified as an aqua fitness instructor. I just recently made that a reality!! I will be substitute teaching for LA Fitness as I build my confidence leading classes as an instructor (and still work my full-time job) but I'm so excited for what is coming!!!
Aqua fitness is only the beginning!!
