This handcrafted boat bed was commissioned for a young boy with big dreams and a love for adventure. Designed to evoke the charm of a classic vessel, the hull is finished in a rich navy blue with a white stripe, while the deck, rails, and headboard are built from solid oak—bringing warmth, durability, and timeless character to the piece.

But it’s the thoughtful details that truly set this build apart:

Functional Accents: Metal strips covering the deck and headboard, marine-grade hinges, and a boat cleat repurposed as a lift handle add authenticity and tactile charm.

Generous Storage: Each side drawer measures 3 feet wide, 1 foot deep, and 5 feet long—perfect for stashing toys, clothes, or secret treasures.

Hidden Bow Compartment: Lift the deck lid at the bow to reveal even more storage, tucked away like a captain’s cache.

The final result? A bed that’s not just furniture—it’s a portal to imagination. The family was thrilled, and I just couldn't be happier. Projects like this remind me why I build.

What you're looking at is cedar wood acquired from a local sawyer's mill. Carved on my CNC router. It's a 3D topographical map of the surrounding land of his property; the city, the Appalachian Mountains, and the nearby lake. With their property line prominently raised in the center.

UPDATE! My largest CNC project. 90" long, 2" thick. Not done yet. A project this size does not come without it's complications. You must plan EVERYTHING and take extreme caution with every move you make. One wrong move or bad decision and it's all scrap.

I think all my projects are cool. But when it's something precious for people I care about, makes it all the more special.

Made Mom and sis some extra large cutting boards for Christmas this year. Carved some previous moments in the backs for them. These boards will last decades and so will the memories.

Finished these floating shelves over the weekend. Super sturdy using 1/2" steel rod bolted directly to the studs. Slips right on and ready to go. This maple is gorgeous and looks perfect in their kitchen. Can't wait to see them filled with dishes and recipe books.

Whiskey Stone for a retirement party. This is gonna look absolutely stunning in his man cave. The wood is black walnut. I gave it a beautiful hand carved appearance with spots for the glasses and the whiskey. All the metal was 3d printed. The putter head is custom designed. Really pleased with how it turned out.

Recent customer just acquired some land. This will look wonderful hanging on their barn. Custom designed and then carved on my CNC. I then stained the recessed areas black and then finished it with a spar-urethane to withstand nature. So happy they loved.

New Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu belt displays. This is the premium version. Basic versions coming soon.
