⚾ Meet the Coach – Coach Matlock Perkins ⚾

Next up in our Meet the Coach series is Coach Matlock Perkins!

A CAYB alumnus, Coach Matlock brings 14 years of playing experience and 3 years of coaching experience to the 7U CBC coaching staff. His goal is to prepare every player to compete with confidence while developing strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game.

Players can expect:
• A positive, structured environment
• A strong emphasis on baseball fundamentals
• Purposeful, engaging, and competitive practices that build baseball IQ and confidence

Coach Travis brings 6 years of coaching experience at both the league and select levels. Outside the ballpark, he serves as a Distribution Sales Manager with Ecolab, but on the field he’s passionate about helping young athletes grow both as players and as teammates.

Coach Victor is grateful for the opportunity to coach this group of young athletes and is committed to creating a positive environment where they can learn the game, work hard, support one another, and have fun. He believes in focusing on fundamentals, effort, and helping each player grow both on and off the field.
