Central Arkansas Takeover

CONWAY AND SURROUNDING AREA!! It’s almost time for our second annual community cookout!! Come support Team Takeover, enjoy great food and family fun! Let’s fill the park up with laughs, music, family, and food! The community is welcome to join us, PLATES WILL BE $20 EACH but will definitely be worth every bite!! SATURDAY JUNE 13 5th AVENUE PARK! We will see you all there!!

Takeover has entered the champions circle yet again this past weekend. Thank you to ASE and Joshua Heagerty for another great tournament and great competition that represented all of the state of Arkansas! We placed all 5 teams in the tournament. 4th and 10th fell short in the semi finals but fought hard to get better which is what we want every time we hit the floor.

5th, 6th and 7th grades all made it to the championship games!! The competition was through the roof and the crowds were definitely there to cheer on the kids!! 6th grade fell short of a victory by just a few points and fought back through injuries! 5th and 7th pulled out the wins to be crowned the champions of the tournament!! Fantastic weekend by going undefeated and showing why we are Takeover! Great job as an organization this weekend we couldn’t be more proud of these young men on and off the court! As always, we will see you back in the gym!!

TAKEOVER FAMILY!!! It’s a huge pleasure that we get to announce that 100% of our 6th and 7th grade teams (18kids) have tried out and made their respective school basketball teams!! They have been working so hard and it definitely shows! The future is bright for these young men but it is theirs to take hold of, we are just here to help equip them with the tools they need! Great job fellas!! The family is proud of you!

This weekend was full of great games in Conway, Arkansas! Takeover put in 5 teams total to play in the tournament of champions with Joshua Heagerty! Great atmosphere and competition and you out done yourself with th rings this time!

Our 4th and 5th grade team competed well but came up short on day two. However the 6th,7th and 10th grade all fought to the championship games! 6th and 10th won 1st place while the 7th came up just short of a complete win! As an organization we are so proud of players and parents to be able to compete this way in so many divisions! Great job this weekend Takeover we represented Conway very well!! But as always, we will see you all back in the gym! The grind to greatness never stops!

(Several missing from the photo due to prior engagements) these kids have worked their butt off during the preseason and are ready to head into tournament play starting next year!! The work they put in is unmatched. Takeover is alive and well with these young men!
