Silverback Softball 501

Proud of this group today. We took 2nd place in a one-day tournament with a roster made up of 5 Silverbacks and 7 pickups.

It took us a few games to find our groove, but once we did, we started playing some really good softball. Huge thanks to the guys who stepped in and helped us out today. Everyone competed hard and came together when it mattered most.

A special shoutout to Tobin, who pitched about 90% of our games today. He battled all day long, kept us in every game, and was a huge reason we made it to the championship.

We came up just short, but there’s a lot to be proud of. Thankful for the opportunity to play, the competition, and the people who support us every weekend.

Most importantly, thank God for keeping everyone safe and allowing us to enjoy this game we love.

Happy Mother’s Day to Coach Miranda! Hope your day is filled with love, relaxation, and time with the people who matter most. The Silverbacks battled hard Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and brought home 2nd place in the Toad Suck Tournament!

We faced a lot of tough competition this weekend, but we never stopped fighting for each other. More than anything, we’re thankful for the opportunity to play this game together as a family.

Most importantly, we give all the glory and thanks to God for keeping us safe, giving us strength, and allowing us to compete alongside one another. Proud of this team and the heart everyone showed all weekend.
