Andrew Booth of Lakeside High School, a standout ⚾️ baseball shortstop/pitcher/captain, continues to set the standard both on and off the field.

With an impressive 4.44 GPA 📚, Andrew exemplifies excellence through his athletic performance, leadership, and dedication to success. 💪🏽

A three-year starter, Andrew has earned All-County 🏅, All-Region 🏆, and Rookie of the Year ⭐️ recognition during his varsity career.

His discipline, character, and commitment to growth make him a true representation of what it means to be a GRSC Athlete of the Quarter. 👏🏽

The 1st Annual Heritage Football Classic Golf Tournament is set for Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Cherokee Run Golf Club in Conyers, GA, benefiting the Heritage High School Football Program.

Join Head Coach Quincy Carter, special guests including UGA legends, on-course contests, awards, and a day of community support on the greens.

One Male Athlete of the Year and one Female Athlete of the Year will be selected, with each recipient receiving a scholarship opportunity.

💧 Keeping Runners Moving at the Chick-fil-A 2026 Half Calf Race 💧

On January 17, the Georgia Regional Sports Council was proud to sponsor a hydration station at the Chick-fil-A Half Calf Race, supporting runners as they pushed toward the finish line. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏁

From start to finish, our goal was simple, to promote wellness, encourage endurance, and give back to the running community.

Events like this reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyles throughout the region.
