Ive been doing off season speed training with Champlin Park Baseball the past few seasons. I started doing speed work with these guys back in January and could tell during those sessions they were a special group because of their team chemistry and high energy every practice.

Champlin Park will take on Rosemount in the Class 4A championship game of the MSHSL Boys State Baseball tournament on Monday night at Target Field after each team won their semifinal match-up.

Rebel boys power their way to first at Armstrong Invite Champlin Park track and field was out in full force last week, taking part in the Armstrong Invite, hosted April 10 at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School.
