Such an influential nurse, both for fellow oncology nurses and our patients. The article hits home for many of us. Go to the original post for inspiring and loving testimonials from the vast number of lives this great man has touched, it warmed my heart scrolling through all the comments ❤️

After 28 years as a cancer nurse, Roland Brummer has seen firsthand how important advance care planning is, and how difficult it can be without it.

Now as a CentraCare volunteer, he helps people complete Health Care Directives and believes it's one of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones.

What a perfect time of year to reset, recharge and start the summer right with a 10 day challenge that begins today!

Nurses give their all, during every shift, to every patient, in every moment. But constant notifications and digital noise can quietly drain focus, energy, and emotional balance.

It’s time to take that energy back.

The Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation™ Unplug to Recharge: The Digital Detox Challenge will help you rediscover what it feels like to think clearly, feel grounded, and show up fully, at work and at home.

Through small, intentional changes, you’ll learn to set boundaries with technology, regain focus, and protect your mental well-being.

Imagine fewer distractions, sharper decision-making, and more presence with your patients and with yourself.

This is your moment to reset and gain support to calm your mind. The challenge starts on June 15. Join us today. https://hubs.ly/Q04gBJ280
