Group fitness classes consisting of weight training, plyometrics and bodyweight exersizes. Workouts take place at 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Athletes are either in the PM class or AM class. Sign ups are taken from a waiting list. Message Jason Mills Training if you are interested in being added to the list.
