The conversation between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had at the end of the trial has been leaked! The transcript reads:
Heard: Johnny... Hey! Can you turn around and look at me?
Depp: (bows his head)

🤸🏾♀️It’s time for the SALLY UP CHALLENGE!!!! 🤸🏾♀️
💪🏾 This week we are going to light your muscles on fire! Not literally, but you definitely will be feeling the burn.
This challenge is done to the sounds of the song “Flower” by Moby.

👉🏾 Here’s how you do it:
1 - Pick an exercise and time your reps to the lyrics
2 - Every time they sing “Sally up,” perform the “up” movement of the exercise
3 - Every time they sing “Sally down,” perform the “down” movement of the exercise.
💡The classic version of this challenge has you doing push-ups for the duration of the song, but you can do it with almost any exercise!
Try it with:
Push-ups
Squats
Overhead dumbbell press
Burpees (Jump up with they sing “up,” drop to the floor when they sing “down”)
Biceps curls
TRX Rows

🌶 FOOD OF THE WEEK – CAYENNE PEPPER 🌶
😋🥺🥵 Spicy food lover?! YES or NO?! (Answer in a GIF!)
🔥 Cayenne peppers are surprisingly good for you. Their “power” ingredient is capsaicin, which gives them both their nutritional benefits and their spicy-hot taste!
💡 Capsaicin is used in a lot of over-the-counter remedies, from pain-relieving creams to supplements.
👉🏾 That’s because on top of easing soreness, it can slightly boost your metabolism and reduce feelings of hunger. Plus, it’s good for your digestive system, helps with lower blood pressure, and has anti-cancer qualities.
💡 Note: More spice/cayenne isn’t always better – if you already eat spicy foods, adding even more of it to your diet probably won’t give you additional benefits.
👩🏾🍳 Add cayenne to scrambled eggs, sauces, stir-fries, casseroles, and chili!
