This is an ALL levels class perfect for both beginners or more experienced yogis. I provide blocks, straps, and blankets. (I have a few extra yoga mats as well.)

This class is free but donations are welcome (not required). Message me with any questions. I hope you see you there!

It’s that time!
YOGA at Heartsong Church on Thursdays from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.

Regardless of your experience, this class is for you. It’s modified for both beginners and more experienced yogis.

Do you need some stretching? Do you need more balance (physically and mentally)? Do you a little strengthening?
Do you need to quiet your mind and relax?
Yoga is for you! Wear comfy clothes and bring a friend. We have blocks, straps, blankets, and extra mats to ensure your comfort.

This class is free but donations are welcomed (but definitely not required).

Park in Heartsong’s south parking lot on Humphrey for easy access to theatre/gym. I hope to see you there and feel free to message me with any questions!

This is a beginner’s friendly ALL level yoga class so come as you are. Whether that is a more seasoned yogi or just wanting to give yoga a try or find a little more grounding.
