❤️Read this if you have ever or are experiencing sadness or anger in your heart

Everyone experiences ups and downs, that is apart of life. Even the people that preach happiness and positivity(me😂) go through it. So let me just let y’all in real quick.
〰️
At the middle of last year I was broken on the inside. Not because of something that happened to me, not because of someone else, but because I let MYSELF and MY mind spiral out of control due to my experiences with life. I was my worst-self in my eyes. The man I never wanted to become, but hey there I was going throughout everyday broken as can be. Over the past year I realized that I am in control of my emotions and that if something is out of my control it’s not worth the sadness or anger to come with it(a very tough pill to swallow). At the end of the day people are going to do what they want to do and things that occur to you in your life are going to happen how they are supposed to happen, that is the way of the universe. What you do next is solely up to you and what you want to do with the predicament you are out in. Do you take the pessimistic road or the optimistic? Do you cut that thing or person out of your life? It’s up to you.

When you’re broken and insecure on the inside it’s hard to realize in those moments the right things you should be doing to get out of this negative spiral you’re going down, but that’s why I’m here to tell you it’ll be ok. This storm will be over soon. You will figure out the right decision for yourself, but before you do I want you take a step away and work on yourself like I did.

Maybe the negative experiences that keep reoccurring in your life are because of you. This I what I’ve realized. I realized that the same cycle happens every year to me so I took action to stop it. I went to therapy and learned a lot about life and how I wanted to live it. I took a lot of time for myself. I worked on myself in all the ways you could think of. I built myself back up and am still building myself into the man I want to become. All it took was time for myself, realization,someone to talk to, self-love, and eagerness to grow.

I used to always have soreness in my hamstrings and groins while playing football so I took initiative and researched a ton of stretches that would help the soreness go away

Do you ever give up what you want MOST for what you want NOW?

Think about it...

If what you want most is to lose the weight, once and for all, but then you give in and order pizza for dinner, you’ve just given up what you want MOST (a healthier, leaner body) for what you wanted NOW (convenient and comforting food).

It’s worth thinking about.

Also I want to verify that I am not saying don’t eat the foods you love, but to make sure your actions are congruent with your goals?

This is true of any goal, it’s not limited to just your fitness journey.
〰️
If you want to write a book, you’d better make time to sit down and type.
〰️
If you want to travel the globe, you’d better get yourself a passport.
〰️
If you want to run a marathon, you’d better start training.
〰️
If you want your kids to live a healthy life, you’d better model it for them.
〰️
If your actions don’t support your goal, then you’ll never accomplish it, and maybe you didn’t really want it.

Your actions will always dictate your results.
〰️
If getting fit is something that you really want, then take the action to reach out to me to get started on a fitness plan that will give you the opportunity to do what’s hard now, to achieve the body that you really want.
