Vegan burritos.
quinoa, refried pinto beans, black beans, sautéed onions & corn. Cook quinoa in vegetable broth and spices of your choice. Sauté your onions in a separate pan while quinoa is cooking. Then add your refried beans, black beans, onions and corn into the same pot you cooked quinoa. Mix all of it together. Then place desired amount on to a burrito tortilla and pop that sucker in a panini press for a few mins! Bon appétit 😉
