I was reminded while at a family reunion at Lake Texhoma that I haven't been posting on this fitness page. So here's an update on how things turned out and what's next. I placed 3rd in Corpus Christi and 7th in Pittsburgh for the Master's National Championship. I'm already in training for next year at 100%. Normally I'm about 80% until January and then I kick it up to 100%. But I placed 4th the Master's National Championship in 2014, 6th in 2015, didn't compete in 2016, and 7th in 2017. So I don't want to keep going backwards as I get older. The time to prep is right now all the way through July 2018. Here are some pics of the journey this year. 1st group of pics are Corpus and the second is Pittsburgh.

I'm competing in Corpus Christi this weekend before I go to the big show in Pittsburgh PA in 13 days. I ran into IFBB Pro Jason Poston at the host hotel, which is pretty cool.

Congrats to the Arnold Classic Male Physique winner Ryan Terry. He's the best in the world in Male Physique in my opinion and probably will prove it at this years Olympia. He came close last year.
