The starting catcher for the 3-time State Champion Wildcats went OFF in Friday’s Regional Championship win over Gonzales:

Then turned right around Saturday and competed in the Coastal Bend Coaches Association All-Star Basketball Game:

This past Friday, members of the boys and girls Wildcats basketball teams participated in some friendly games with Magee students that won the MAP incentive raffle for growth. Everyone had a great time, and the kids got to experience up close how competitive our boys and girls are. Thank you Principal Monica Perez and the Magee 5th grade for helping to organize the games, and congrats to these great young Wildcats for doing their job in the classroom! Friday was a great day to be a Wildcat!

Audryna Almaraz got to lace them up one more time to represent the Lady Wildcats, and we are very proud of how she played. The West Team, coached by Coach Bueno and his staff from T-M, came out victorious, and Audryna did her part pitching in 4 points, a block, a steal, and a handful of rebounds. Most importantly, she did her part by being a great teammate and cheering on her team in every possession. Way to go, Drini! We are of you!
