Texas Shark Slayers

Oops I did it again!

Was an epic night to BHP for a nice double up on a nice mating pair of tigers. Well after losing the larger female I was determined to land this beast in a timely fashion with no faults and right before I get the fish to the pier I see leader and boom fireworks go off from the light pole blowing all the lights on the left side of the pier out where I was fighting fish. It was an amazing yet scary moment when I realized I was in complete darkness when the fish was at a critical point in the fight . Lucking a had some good buddies like Mason and Nathan to help assist in the ripping of leader . After taking the fish from the T of the pier which is 400 yards out we are able to beach dehook and release this epic beast of a shark to go back to the depths and swim with it's mate . All in all an amazing night and so thankful for everyone who helped in the assistance of breaking in my new tiagra 130 and landing such a beautiful male tiger.

Had a nice trip with a few bulls caught this weekend..

First trip to the beach this year and landed this nice hammer.
