Changing of the guard. Change of command between our outgoing Senior Naval Science Instructor CWO5 Hulse and incoming Senior Naval Science Instructor LTCOL Cobb. CWO5 Hulse will be retiring after service our country for 32 years and then as a NJROTC instructor for 18 years. He was presented with thank you gifts from the cadets and staff. The program wishes nothing but the best for you and your family.
