A late night Tabata after 10 hours of training at UPS. To help others I must also help myself. I couldn't motivate anyone if I wasn't an inspiration. So I must put in the work. It's not easy.... But easy will not get me results.

Look what proper nutrition and a WHOLE lotta burpees can do! 😉 This UPS manager is leading by example with daily Tabata circuits and a modified diet. He achieved this AMAZING body transformation in only 28 days. So proud anything I do can garner such results. It's been an honor to train the men and women at UPS. Go BROWN!!

Rain or shine..... and even on my birthday!
The greatest gift I could have is health. It doesn't come free or easy.... But it's worth the investment. I'm thankful for another year with my family and..... come what may. God bless us ALL!!!!

My day's work.....UPS On-road, designing and training. First time ever that I got to do all 3 jobs in one day. Bless to have occupations I'm passionate about..... Grateful for my opportunities.

Happy Saturday! Another legs and glutes day with Frank .raposo. Progressing slowly.... But progress nonetheless.

So close I can taste it.....or more like....I can FEEL it! This hurts so bad because I am not limber. The splits have always been a challenge for me. So I gave up hope of ever overcoming my nemesis long ago. It was a deficit in my gym training which also bothered me greatly. But since I started pole acrobatics, I made a commitment to stretch and push pass the pain in order to execute ornate poses. Albeit this isn't a true split yet..... I'm still ecstatic to have reached this point. What I thought was impossible for me is now nearly feasible. This is symbolic in many obstacles of my life and what I preach to others......NEVER GIVE UP!

Cheers to my son Orion! This was our first drink together since he turned 21. Today's family outing was the highlight of my long week. It was gratifying to see him and his siblings enjoy a shopping spree at Daiso ..... Where everything is $1.50 from Japan. I was happy my meager one hundred dollar purchase delighted them. It warmed my heart to see my grown children excited by something so simple. I may not have a lot of money but this quality time spent with them was worth more than any monetary amount. IT IS PRICELESS!
