🎃 VENDOR OPPORTUNITY – HAUNTED TRAILZ FALL CLASSIC 🥎

Covington Girls Softball League is seeking creative and unique vendors to join us at our facility during our Haunted Trailz Fall Classic Softball Tournament on October 24, 2026, from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM in Covington, Indiana.

We are expecting a packed facility welcoming roughly 15 teams from across the area.

We are looking for vendors offering fun, creative, and unique products that will appeal to girls ages 8–13 and give players and families something exciting to enjoy between games.

✨ Some ideas include:
• Hair bows & accessories
• Handmade crafts
• Jewelry & personalized items
• Custom apparel
• Stickers & small gifts
• Art, crafts, or creative activities
• Unique products that would appeal to young softball players

🚫 No food or drink vendors, please.

If you have a creative business or offer products that would be a great fit for our event, we would love to have you join us!

🥎 FALL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT! 🥎

9U/10U and 12U Teams!

With fall leagues falling through in the surrounding area, we’ve decided to host a couple of additional tournaments this fall — and this will be the first one!

We’re keeping this tournament limited to 9U and 12U divisions. We will also welcome 10U Rec-only teams to compete in the 9U division.

Parents of those feral ballpark siblings will be happy to see the giant pile of red dirt is being cleaned up and stored in totes😊 No more stained red children to clean after spending a night at the softball fields.
