We officially wrapped up our summer session yesterday and are ready to start planning for the fall. Priority registration emails will be sent out this morning to all current athletes.

We have some fun events planned for this next session. We will be traveling to Sacramento for an adult AND kids Spartan race November 13th and will also have another in house competition. Athletes must be actively enrolled in fall classes to participate.

More information on these events will be coming out as soon as registration closes. Please reach out if you have any questions. Have a great weekend friends!

[07/30/21]   Hey guys! I am busy busy busy getting everything in order for Sunday. Between a few amazing moms and the adult CrossFit members we have a snack bar! The adult members have donated a good majority of the items needed but we are still in need of a few things. If you have it in your means to donate to our snack bar please let myself, Kristi LeAnn or Misty Starkey know. All proceeds from this snack bar will be given back to the kids program to invest in kids wallballs!

Workout 1- For time:
120 Air Squats (Squat to ball)
90 Burpees
60 Deadlift (55#/25#)
30 Handstand Pushups (Hand Release Push-ups)

Workout 2- For Time:
As a team run three laps
THEN
200 Sit-ups
150 Air Squats
100 Hand Release Push-ups
50 Burpees

Workout 3- For Time:
2,000 Meter Row
One partner rows, one partner dead hangs, one partner rests.
THEN
15 Pullups

Workout 4: Coach Ashlee Special!
This workout will be release 5 minutes after workout three is completed.
