We enjoy motivating kids to be better human beings in the big game of life. We teach life skills & lessons critical to a successful life. Education is key.

After several years of coaching and mentoring for Sport Youth Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to youth from Northwest Indiana, Wayne decided to start his own values based organization. With the help of his daughter, Danielle L. Helfrich, A2P was born. A2P stands for Amateur to Professional. The goal of A2P will be to motivate and mentor young men to develop fundamental behaviors and actions to further both their athletic and professional careers in the future.
