No words to describe the sadness I have for the loss of Josh for your family and for the community.
You made my daughter very happy the day you gave her that pirate flag. She stills talks about you to this day. You were a good person and I am so sorry to hear this tragic news. Thank you for all the smiles you put on peoples face. RIP Joshua Hensley.

Please spread the word! Loki is STILL MISSING as of May 21, 2019, last seen in Beverly Hills, FL 34465 Near Rose Ave & S Jeffery St. He was first reported missing 5/17/2019.
Update: Loki is a fully black lab with light amber brown eyes. On the inside of his paws by the pads, he has small patches of white. He got out after a bath in the Beverly Hills on Rose Avenue the other night with his sister. She returned home, but Loki did not return home with her. He does not currently have his collar on. He is sweet, gentle, and super cuddly. Loki will get excited and perk his ears up at the first sign of a ball or toy and will come if called. We are beyond heartbroken at this point but have not lost hope. We are offering a 200 cash reward to the person that finds him and brings him home. Please help!

I appoligize for the lack of posts this week. I have spent a lot of time out of the office saying goodbye to my dear mother. Thursday she decided she had, had enough cancer pain and left us peacefully. Thank you in advance for every post of sympathy that follows. Our Story
Some where around 2009, I began building kayaks because all of the kayaks on the market at the time had a place for young children to ride behind the parent. My wife is very protective and decided she only wanted the girls in her sight at two and four years old. Once the girls got a little older they wanted their own kayaks. So again I went to work and built them their own vessels. One day while we were enjoying Weeki Wachee as a family we were passed by a group of paddle boarders heading up river. My daughter immediately started standing up to paddle her kayak and soon after told me she wanted a paddle board. So AGAIN I set to work and built the very first Big Foot Paddle Board. After noticing how much fun her sister was having on herβs my other daughter of course wanted one too. Seeing how easily they navigated on a board vs a kayak, I built myself and my wife models as well. To date I have made over fifty boards in three different sizes to accommadate anyone. Helping many people get out there to enjoy and learn about our beautiful springs!
Over the last couple years we have been selling boards locally. A couple years ago we leased them to another local shop for a short time. During that time I worked on developing a line of custom made pirate ship boards and a few very unique rafts for local events. You may recognize me as the local Jack Sparrow from the Crystal River Pirate Festival and Raft Race. This year we took the next step and decided to open our own shop for rentals, tours and sales. It has been a long journey but a very rewarding one. Our story does not stop here, most recently I am finding myself returning to that first step as I design a Big Foot tandem kayak to add to our inventory. We can not wait to see what the next couple of years have in store for Big Foot Paddle Boards!
