Friendly, reminder that it is okay to enjoy the holidays. Do not stress to much about your eating on the days you see family. Enjoy yourself and then get back to your fitness after the holiday!

Do not cut out foods that you like, replace them. If you eat in a way that is a drastic change to your diet, the chances of you sustaining it is very low. You want to give yourself some wiggle room to enjoy eating in a way that is enjoyable. If you like the way you eat the chances of you continuing to do so will be much higher
