Garden of Grit has officially planted its flag, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to begin this journey.

A huge THANK YOU to all 5️⃣1️⃣ amazing women who came out to move, encourage, laugh, and celebrate together. From the partner beatdown and flag planting ceremony to coffee, food, raffles, and new friendships, every moment was a reminder that we're stronger together.

We're especially grateful to our FiA sisters from neighboring regions who spent part of their Saturday celebrating with us—and even brought FNGs! Your support means the world.

The flag is planted. The roots are growing. And this is only the beginning. Here's to many more mornings of fitness, friendship, and showing up for one another.

Starting Monday, June 1st, we're adding weekday workouts at the Garden of Grit on alternating Mondays & Wednesdays throughout the month at 5am☘️🌅

👨‍👩‍👦Monday nights = Fam Jam at 7 PM

🙌 Double-Down Devotionals at the Bridge will alternate Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30am.

🚀And don’t miss June 6th — the OFFICIAL launch of the Garden of Grit at 7am.
