just now Worst customer service and experience. My wife and I went in to find out more about the gym. The female mgr on duty told us not to bother signing in and literally just took us into her office, just only told us the rates and then stared at us. Did not get a tour, no brochures or print outs, and i had to ask about if there was a free trial, classes etc. We felt like we were bothering her.

He used to be vegan so I was super excited to talk to him and get some advice. Then I find out he offers online training!
