After moving to the middle of nowhere Michigan and struggling to find a trainer, the amazing Mari told me about Giuseppe! He used to be vegan so I was super excited to talk to him and get some advice. Then I find out he offers online training! I am the kind of person that asks a million questions and he has been wonderful at answering every single one. He has checked in with me to see how I like his programming and has truly helped me get back on track! I cannot thank Mari and Giuseppe enough!!! I joined Anytime Fitness Dade City in April of 2018 and shortly after joining I also joined the Group Training classes. I have always liked group classes but this was different it included weightlifting and different skill training. I still remember when Bill demonstrated a back squat and he was done and then looks at me and he said “It’s your turn,” I immediately said “I have never done that before,” hoping I didn't have to do it and in front of everyone but that didn't work. He encouraged me to do it and he was right there to spot me and I felt safe! I did it and it felt great! My fitness journey has been of ups and downs but the ups have overcome the downs. I have met wonderful people that now I call friends! Working out and staying consistent is not easy, I now look forward to challenging myself and feeling good that I accomplished the workout. I have learned to be patient and find the good in the workout because we know that sometimes workouts can be tough but helpful! It does get hard at time balancing my kid’s schedules and their sports but I always remind myself I have to take care of myself so I can take care of my boys and keep up with them! I can't fall off track too much because Marisol makes sure I come back and stay on it! I am very thankful for that. I am truly blessed to have outstanding trainers that go out of their way to help you feel welcome and stay focused. I love being part of this gym and my gym family!
