We are having our annual food drive! From now until November 21st, bring in any canned goods or non perishable items and drop them of in the office or in the designated box by the purple turf. I have been working out for the past twenty years. Throughout that time, I have helped family and friends meet their fitness goals. So then I decided to turn the hobby I love into a career and became a certified personal trainer. My other hobbies include watching sports (my favorites are soccer and football) taking my dog on walks, and keeping up with my 3 kids. My favorite workouts include focusing on balance and strength training through super and drop sets. I also like include exercises in the daily routine that help with injury prevention & rehab. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients make fitness a part of their routine and meet their personal fitness goals!

I graduated from the local high school where I was an All State defensive end for the football team and 3rd in State for weightlifting. I have been working out & prepping for shows for the past few years! I have also trained and have taught self defense from my prior line of work! I am now taking my workout motivation & experience into the community to assist people in their time of transformation and help them achieve their goals!

We got married on March 12, 2005. We spent the first two years of our married life focused on our careers and settling into a new routine. We started a family in 2007 with our daughter Carlee Jo, then our boys Mason and Jackson followed in 2009 and 2012. Our lives were busier than ever before with balancing family, careers, church, etc. Our own health and physical fitness began to take a back seat. Periodically, we would go on a diet or start a new exercise routine that would soon fade as other things in life got in the way. I (Teghan) joined Anytime Fitness in the spring of 2018 and immediately started with the group training in the mornings. After a few short months, I started to sleep in a few days a week and felt myself falling into the same trap I had with so many exercise routines in the past. That is when I came across a quote on my fitness app that said, “If you are tired of starting over, stop giving up!” I determined at that time to make my fitness a top priority realizing that the better person I am, the better I will be for those around me. I convinced my husband, Chuck, to try a class in October of 2018. It wasn’t long before our morning routine was no longer a chore, but something we enjoyed! We enjoyed the workouts, the way we felt, the way our bodies were changing and the friends we met at the gym. We have since shared our positive experience with so many friends and family that have also joined us on this journey. Now, over two years later, we are excited to share our morning fitness routine with our 13-year-old daughter and my parents. We have learned that healthy habits are something our kids need to develop early on, and we are happy to see them already finding the joy in being active, fit and healthy. We thank God for our Anytime Fitness family, especially Bill and Marisol, who have helped us become a healthier, happier and stronger family!
