We’re thoroughly in the swing of things here in the mountains, and while the rivers and creeks look a little lower than we we’re used to seeing them good fish have still been hitting the net daily! We have some availability in May and more in the month of June, especially for float trips and bass & Striper!

It’s spring break week, which means lots of bent rods and folks spending time up in the mountains! So far it’s been big fish both from the boat and wading, and smiles all around

April is here and the fish know it! The water is still very low and clear but they’re still eating! It’s our favorite time of year to be on the water, and we couldn’t be more excited to be in the swing of spring! Were looking forward spending a lot of time on the water with friends new and old!

Yesterday was one of those days where the numbers of fish were off from what you’d like to see with this cold front still hanging around, but what was lacking in quantity was made up for with quality! It’s always special to see big float trip browns, but this colored up male was definitely one to remember! Way to go John and guide !

Another Float trip big brown, this time with Skaggs on the oars! We found some good ones wading and floating this week with a full house and spring off to a strong start!

Overall we had a dreary, kind of cold, little bit windy day of three boats floating down the Toccoa River, just picking up a handful of fish each with the incoming front seeming to have them a little shut down. However ‘s boat ending up striking some gold (or silver) along the way! This fish taped just over 25 inches and was a true Toccoa giant, living out in the middle of no man’s land and Frank handled him well and managed to get him to the net after a long fight! This was such a special fish to see and certainly a major highlight across our 4 days of fishing together!

Our second hosted week with our friends at .patagonia has officially come to an end concluding our time enjoying the 2026 South American Summer. This week brought a little rain, light winds (thankfully), and two days of heat a February sunburn. Some amazing brown trout on big dries and streamers also made an appearance, as well as too many other quality fish for one post! We’re super thankful for another great year with our Chilean friends and the way they go above and beyond for us and our guests. We’ll see you again for two hosted weeks next year in Feb 2027!
