Today felt so good to see my clients out there running, doing it sore or tired yall did that. Doing something for ourselves even if it’s for 30 minutes to an hour, yall went out there and ran! Something we often take advantage of. Great job girls we did that! 🏃♀️🌤️🙌🏽

It’s International Women’s Day!
& I want to end the night by showing yall this vulnerable video that had been sitting in my drafts and I literally cry everytime I watch it. 🥹🤍
In June 2025 reached a 200LB Loss, after losing her father she could have lost herself, and her motive. She started her journey for many reasons but her Dad kept her going! He was her daily motivation, he was fighting and fought hard. He witnessed his daughter start her weight loss and fitness journey, I believe this brought him peace. He knew she had found her tribe with JPPT. 👯♀️
He promised her a shopping spree before he passed but sadly wasn’t able to see her reach her goal. I gifted her an outfit and told her to wear it in confidence! I was thankful to be able to help a little role in his part. Juanita we as women go through many things in life, many obstacles! But I’m so glad you stayed with us, we love you and are so proud of you sis! 💗🙏🏻

As the babe cave is coming together little by little I brought my pink barbell baddie out for the girls!
Juanita text and surprised me last week, and I was so full of emotions because what do you mean you bought us some plates! 🥹💖 thank you my girl this means so much to me!! I’m so blessed.
