On Tuesday, April 7th at 9:00 a.m., the Dallas County Commissioners Court will issue an official proclamation in honor of Black Maternal Health Week (April 11-17).

Come out and celebrate this meaningful moment with us in love and advocacy for Black mothers, Black babies, and all the folks who care for them every day.

May this declaration be met with abundant resources, equity and much needed change. Ase’, And so it is!

This little one joined us Earth side over a week ago. We’re so grateful for healthy mom, healthy baby outcome and both continue to thrive! A first time Mom and Dad who absolutely did the powerful sacred work in preparation for their sun’s birth day. 🙌🏽

We do not take the honor of being invited to join the birth space lightly and so it is with deep gratitude for allowing us to share this most precious moment.
