Hello Dear Souls~How are you feeling today? Having to step out 👣of a comfort zone and attempt something exciting and new? It may not seem like this, but those butterflies 🦋in your belly are bits of excitement flying around! 🦋 I used mics 🎙and a laptop 💻for the first time yesterday because my meditation class at the park 🌳was rained out⛈, and I had to adapt. Pivot I did with the help of ! Eureka, it worked! This is a big deal for me because unlike Napoleon’s big brother, I do not much like technology. It is okay because I will keep using the mics and learn as I grow. Please know how much I appreciate those in attendance(and those not in attendance), my family! 🧜♀️ 🌈 🎶 My sweet sister Cindy & loving Mama Kitty~Thank you all for allowing me to lead us down the rabbit hole 🐇🕳 into a wonderland of meditation. 🧿♥️Y’all❣️~Sista MadHat loves us all~🎩💛🕊🍄🐝🕯

Love practicing outdoors. You could hear the breeze in the trees 🌳and the birds 🐦chirping. It was awesome.🥰 Thanks for maming time for yourselves 💜
Is been hard to move. Even though I know and I teach others to breath and move, I just realized that I had not done that myself.🥺
So if you are feeling low, down, sick or just feeling like s**t.
Get down on your mat and do some gentle stretches but most important, TAKE BIG BREATHS.
We hold our tension and energy in our shoulders and hips. I was detoxifying while moving, what I mean, I found myself releasing some of that energy by 😭 thru some simple moments.
Do I feel better? Yes, it felt good releasing, and I know I need to keep moving because I am super stiff after not doing much for a couple of weeks.
Honor your body, take care of it, so you can then take care of those who need you.
I meditated AF before leaving this past week. Now is time to recharge again. Tell your loved ones that you love them, spend time with them.

Ever feel a little down and notice as soon as you get out there and look at flowers 🌻and plants 🪴 and animals🐓🦆🐶 you start to feel energize? 🙌🏼
Yes!! It is possible. When we are intentionally mindful. We don't have to get out to a special park or forest. You can be mindful in your own back yard. USE your senses to see the beauty in the plants🍀/animals🦋🐛🐞🐝/insects growing around you, smell the flowers🌸🏵🌹🌺, feel the sun, wind, rain 🌞🌬🌦, the grass on your feet 🦶🏼 the feel of the tree on your hands 🤲🏼
You can take small brain 🧠 breaks in your day to help you center. While you are out there 💜 BREATHE 💜 DEEPLY 💜
