New year goals for me don’t stop at workouts and nutrition, they go all the way into my home 💚
One of the biggest changes I’ve made is where I shop for our everyday essentials, and I am obsessed with this Wellness store. It makes filling my pantry and my cleaning cabinets so easy. Everything is cheaper than what I was buying before, it’s all online, and it shows up at my door in about three days 🙌
Not only is it saving me money, it’s saving me time and giving me a peace of mind knowing the products I’m using around my kids are toxin-free and actually smell amazing (not like straight chemicals) which is HUGE!
Plus the snacks are SO good, my whole family loves them, and I don’t have to second-guess ingredients anymore.

Proper pre- and post-workout fuel makes ALL the difference and that’s why I’m obsessed with my bars and shakes! They’re free of all the crap and fillers you find in so many products. Just clean, quality ingredients that actually support your body, boost your workouts, and help you recover faster.

Physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted (my eyes never let me hide when I’m tired ) BUT sometimes sweating it out is the best therapy. Working out gives you all of those good endorphins and while I’m even more tired now, my mind feels more clear and I feel better over all. It’s amazing what a good workout can do for the mind, body and soul. Have you worked out today? This week?
