Meet Taylor, our co-founder! He started working out at 15 with a goal to learn about fitness and stand up to bullies. Through the years his passion grew and he earned his personal training certification at the age of 20. The best feeling for him is knowing he can help change others lives too. He believes in showing up, working hard, having a good attitude, practicing consistency, and trusting the process.
