This one is special. I was an ambassador in 2012-2014 (galleria) also the year our son was born. And here we go again in 2026 I will launch a book and will continue to teach as many people the gift of yoga as I can. So grateful for my community and all of the support from lululemon 🍋thank you for seeing me and what we yoga teachers are are trying to share w this world. I will also be 40 in a few months and I am so proud of myself. This hits big for me. Thanks for your support. I am bc we are 💜🦄

Waking up at 5:15 am before the town is up is one of my favorite things to do. My kids usually wake up early and i whisper to them, wanna go to the beach. The answer is always yes. I have memories of them in the Tula or the ergo walking it out when they needed to nurse or couldn’t quite fall back asleep. Now they’re big and just enjoy being there w me just because. 💛i love their ages rn. 6 and 8.
