Did the Liberty 10K run in the colony this morning! OOf that heat! But I didn’t do too bad, came in 5th in my age group.

Today I went to the UBU Expo in Dallas! Great Fitness convention, saw a lot of awesome shows of strength and discipline, ran an obstacle course, and the best part is they had tons of free samples! Check out the video here: https://youtu.be/aT0uVKAB2NA

9 miles! First time ever running this much! No stopping no water breaks, by the time I stopped I felt shaky and weird. But I did it! I’m so proud!

Just finished the Skyline Dallas 5K. My calves started acting up 2.5 miles in so I had to slow down for a bit but I still managed to make pretty decent time. Got 4th place in my division!
