Artes de la Rosa's Cultural Center for the Arts Exhibition Committee seeks proposals for the 2022 Ofrenda de Fort Worth installation in the Main Gallery. Each year, we seek an artist who can envision and transform the main gallery into a unique DĂa de los Mu***os Ofrenda that embodies the strong cultural ritualistic elements of DĂa de los Mu***os, the artistic style of the artist, and a fresh contemporary vision.
Artist will receive an unrestricted $1000.00 stipend to produce the installation
Applications due July 31st.

WHO HAS TIME FOR YOGA WHEN YOUâRE TRYING TO FIND BALANCE IN LIFE?
Life is hectic! Arranging work schedules, social engagements & family commitments can be a constant juggling act.
We are accustomed to living with stress that we only notice it when it pushes us to our limits and the doctor says, âyou have to exercise.â
Thanks to yoga, I have personally learned the importance of taking regular pauses. I have discovered the healthy benefits of not only moving my body daily, but also coming into stillness & simply being in the moment.
I understand that to be balanced is not a static entity, it requires attention & continual adjustment, to just not my body, but to my schedule.
Practicing Yoga is an opportunity to take the time to pause & really listen and strengthen your body- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
