Major nutrients that break down in the body to support physiological function and provide energy to the body.
▪️Carbohydrates: The body's main source of fuel, carbohydrates are categorized as either a starch, sugar, or fiber.
Recommended Sources-Nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, whole-grain bread, legumes.
▪️Protein: Protein consists of amino acids that are responsible for growth and maintenance of body tissue and other processes.
Recommended Sources-Lean meat, poultry, fish and seafood, dairy products.
▪️Fat: A calorie-rich macronutrient that comes in many forms, including saturated, polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated.
Recommended Sources-Eggs, meat, oils, nuts and seeds, and avocado.

What Is Active Release Therapy?
Active release therapy (ART) is a non-invasive, soft-tissue treatment that is used to help relieve tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesions.
How It Works: Our doctors apply deep tension to the problem site, while the patient is instructed to flex and extend the affected area.
Who It's For: Those with various musculoskeletal conditions can benefit from ART. Typically, these conditions stem from muscle overuse.
